Our 10km race plans are designed to get you in peak shape for your 10k! There are 4-6 runs a week, plus a day off. Turnaround Sports takes a unique approach that focuses on a number of important of factors to get you not only to finish, but finish fast. Each workout will have specific zones for you to hit so there will be no need to quess where you should be training/racing.
All of our plans are purchased through the online fitness platform TrainingPeaks. Once you have created an account (or signed in) and purchase your plan, you will have immediate access to your plan. If you have any questions please let us know.
