Meet Our Coaches

Owner & Head Coach

Tyler Coquelin

Tyler Coquelin started Turnaround Sports over a decade ago and has coached a wide variety of athletes, from beginners to world champions. He has competed in triathlons and aquabikes for over 20 years, and has finished 7 Ironmans and countless other races. Tyler is a passionate and experienced coach who is committed to helping his athletes reach their full potential. He is a great choice for athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite. He stays up with the latest technology and research to ensure you have the most up-to-date coaching techniques.

He is certified as a Level 2 TrainingPeaks Coach, USA Level 2 Triathlon Coach, Ironman Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, F.I.S.T. Bike Fitter, and USAT Race Official.

Assistant Coach

Aaryn Schield

Aaryn discovered triathlon through a local US Masters Swimming group. She has been competing in triathlon since 2013 and coaching triathlon since 2019. Aaryn has always been passionate about coaching. She loves helping others and seeing them crush their goals! Aaryn will help align your goals and facilitate the best plan to achieve them and while having fun doing it!

Her personal accomplishments include 4 x Marathons, 3 x Half Marathons, 11 x Half Ironman, 3 x Ironman, and qualifying and competing in Age Group Nationals. She will be racing in the 2023 70.3 World Championships.

Strength & Nutrition Coach

Kacie Harrington

Kacie Harrington is a holistic fitness and health advocate/coach. Kacie received her bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Cornell University and worked for the university's nutrition department for 5 years. She works with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and health goals. Kacie created Get Fit For It to bring all her interests together into a company that represents her beliefs and provides an array of services. Get Fit For It is designed to help bring health to individuals, groups, and companies through fitness programming and nutrition/wellness education.
