8 week 10km Plans


This 10KM race plan is designed to get you in peak shape for your 10K! There are 4-6 runs a week, plus a day off. Turnaround Sports takes a unique approach that focuses on a number of important factors to get you not only fast, but to the finish line as well! Each workout will have specific Heart Rate zones for you to hit. If you have any questions please let us know. 

All of our plans are purchased through the online fitness platform TrainingPeaks. Once you have created an account (or signed in) and purchased your plan, you will have immediate access to it and if you have any questions please let us know.
