18 Week 10 KM Run Plans
The 10KM race plans are designed to get you in peak shape for your 10K! There are 4-6 runs a week, plus a day off. Turnaround Sports takes a unique approach that focuses on a number of important factors to get you not only fast, but to the finish line as well! Each workout will have specific zones for you to hit depending on which type you purchase.
All of our plans are purchased through the online fitness platform TrainingPeaks. Once you have created an account (or signed in) and purchased your placn, you will have immediate access to it. If you have any questions please let us know.
